8. Payment Information
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions: All in-app purchases and subscriptions within our application are processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store. When you make a purchase, the payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the selected period unless the user disables automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal cost will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, using the same payment method as the initial purchase. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions: Users can manage their subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal directly in their Apple account settings. To modify or cancel a subscription, follow these steps: Open the Settings app on your Apple device. Tap your name at the top of the screen. Select Subscriptions. Choose the desired subscription and select Cancel Subscription to stop auto-renewal. Please note that Apple does not provide refunds for already paid subscription periods, but the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds: All payments and refund requests are handled directly by Apple. To request a refund, visit Apple’s official website at: https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Here, you can log in to your account and check your eligibility for a refund according to Apple’s policies.
