Terms & Conditions
Prices (in euros €) are to be intended per night per apartment. Every extra guest over the minimum specified for the apartment has an extra cost not included in the base price. (3 guests min.). Beds arrangments will be made according the number of guests in the reservation (eg. 2 ppl - 1 db bed, 3 ppl - 2 db beds, 4 ppl - 2 db beds...) every other arrangment will be made upon guests prior request and subject to a surcharge.
Prices include the exclusive use of the reserved house including linens and towels, utilities, internet, VAT, for the number of guest indicated at the time of reservation. Any extra person staying in the apartment has to be authorized by a company representative by written authorization. Such extra guests will be required to provide ID and pay an extra fee, failure to do so will immediately terminate the reservation.
Weekly rates are to be intended for stays of 7 (seven) nights.
Monthly rates are to be intended for stays of 28 (twentyeight) nights.
Children aged 0 -2 stay for free, a crib can be provided upon request with no extra fee.
A cleaning fee is applied to the total price of the reservation at fixed rate and not included in the price per night.
Local taxes (city / tourist taxes) are not included in the price of the reservation and are to be paid in cash upon arrival or before check-out according instructions provided at the time of the reservation. Please note cards and other payment methods are not accepted for this tax.

Check-in and checkout times are determined for every structure. In case none is specified, the standard 15:00-23:00 and 10:00 local time will apply. Check-in outside those hours are not guaranteed and in case of approval an extra charge of 50,00€ for check-in and a 30% of the night rate for late checkout (never beyond 13:00 local time) will be charged.

Primary mean of access to the apartments is via C&Y Roma APP. Please be sure to have a working internet connection at the time of arrival in order to avoid any inconvenience. Guests are held responsible for the custody of the emergency keys provided (one set of keys for every apartment). Should the keys be lost or damaged a cost of replacement of 100€ will be charged to the guest.

In case the reservation is guaranteed with a deposit, it will be paid with the credit card provided at the time of the reservation. In case of cancellation within the cancellation policy terms, the deposit will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days. In case of cancellation outside the cancellation policy terms the deposit will not be refunded.

Smoking is not allowed inside the properties, this includes e-cigs or any other vaping, should this occour a fine will be issued according art.1 l.584 11/11/1975 and an extraordinary cleaning fee of 150€ will be charged to the guest.

Any voluntary property damage will be reported to the booking platform and charged to the guest.
​
Upon arrival guests are required to provide ID and home address to fullfill registration process according Italian law. Such information will be managed according the law and for the sole purpose of the declaration of the guest to the competent police offices. CEY srls may require this information to be provided before the arrival date.

These terms and conditions are accepted by the guest at the time of the confirmation regardless the reservation is made via the web portal or via the OTAs (booking, airbnb, tripadvisor...)
